Bear's gone home

So, I just finished the handoff of Bear to his new home. Lisa came to pick him up to take him to Barb. Here are some photos I have had left over:

Stairmasters

So, as of Recently, the newest thing for the puppies to do is to try to take on the stairs. Bear (previously named Little Buddy) has been the front runner in this endeavor, and Scarlett (previously Lil' Bit) is bringing up the rear. We do, however, let them try it on their own, since carrying 9 pounds of squirming puppies is getting harder and harder each day. Here's some video of Scarlett's latest attempt! She is very vocal about how scared she is, but she toughs it out anyways...

New Puppy Names!

So, after much consideration on the names of our pups, we have decided that their birth names just aren't cutting the mustard. We've renamed our two, and left the naming up to the adoptive owners of the other two.

In birth order:
1:Previous Name: "Uno"
New Name: "Riley"
Staying/Going?: Going with Ginny Fuller, one of Naomi's friends from college.

2:
Previous Name: "Lil' Girl"
New Name: "Yoda"
Staying/Going?: always staying in our hearts:( (buried under the tree)

3:Previous Name: "Little Buddy"
New Name: "Bear/Butch" (originally changed to Bear, switched a couple days ago to Butch)
Staying/Going?: Going with Barb, one of Mom's friends

4:Previous Name: "Lil' Bit"
New Name: "Scarlett"
Staying/Going?: Staying:)

5:
Previous Name: "Rotty"
New Name: "Kona"
Staying/Going?: Staying:)

For the most part, the names all fit the dogs, which is a good thing. Bear will be leaving later today to go to his new home, so it's a sad but good day. We hope to still keep you updated on his story and progress, so when we get info, so will you!
